If you want “permission for an agent / client access”, that is handled by HMRC rules and scopes. This UI is only the secure entry point.
Your backend must handle the token exchange and store tokens securely.
Tip: keep this page URL stable because the HMRC redirect URI must match exactly what you configured in your HMRC application.
